    2. Use the clinical opioid withdrawal scale (COWS) and subjective opiate withdrawal scale (SOWS) to assess opioid withdrawal,
    3. Describe when micro-dosing inductions and traditional inductions are most appropriate,
    4. Describe how to conduct a buprenorphine/naloxone induction
