Learning objectives:

    1. Evaluate whether slow-release oral morphine is appropriate for a given patient
    2. Safely and effectively transition a patient from buprenorphine/naloxone to slow-release oral morphine, in cases where these medications have not been beneficial
    3. Safely and effectively transition a patient from methadone to slow-release oral morphine, in cases where these medications have not been beneficial
    4. Determine when urine drug tests are clinically useful and appropriate during transitions between other opioid agonist treatment medications and slow-release oral morphine, and when to use them
