Several BCCSU researchers are among the recipients of the latest Project Grants announced by CIHR. We congratulate the following BCCSU researchers on their success:

• Principle investigators Nadia Fairbairn, Paxton Bach & Lindsey Richardson (UBC) and co-instigators Seonaid Nolan, Eugenia Socías, and Cheyenne Johnson received a CIHR Project Grant of $910,350 for Engagement-focused contingency management for the treatment of opioid use disorder: a randomized controlled trial.
• Principal investigator Brittany Dennis and co-investigators Paxton Bach, Seonaid Nolan andEugenia Socías received a CIHR Project Grant of $794,990 for Target trial emulations of novelprescribing practices for opioid use disorder in the context of a volatile drug supply. Co-investigators Danya Fast, Seonaid Nolan, Lindsey Richardson, Lianping (Mint) Ti and Mary Clare Kennedy received a CIHR Project Grant of $993,720 for Identifying service pathways to reduce overdose risk among youth: a multi-method, population-based, and co-design study.
• Principal investigator Seonaid Nolan and co-investigators Brittany Dennis, Cheyenne Johnson, and Lianping (Mint) Ti received a CIHR Project Grant of $948,600 for Embedding Indigenous research evaluation and governance within British Columbia's Road to Recovery substance use care program.
• Co-investigator Mary Clare Kennedy is part of the team that received a CIHR Project Grant of $1,346,400 for Evolution of prescribed safer supply in Canada: Shifting policy landscapes and implications for population health.
• Principal investigators Kanna Hayashi, Nadia Fairbairn and co-investigators Jade Boyd, Thomas Kerr, and Lianping (Mint) Ti received a CIHR Project Grant of $1,464,976 for The impacts of harm reduction services on healthcare access, engagement and outcomes among people who use drugs in Vancouver, BC amidst the toxic drug crisis.
