“What’s New in Addiction Pharmacy?” [Volume 1]

This free series is geared towards the needs and interests of individuals operating in a healthcare or research setting, however, the public and other interested stakeholders are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Learning Objectives
1) Present on overall CCSMH Guidelines for alcohol, benzodiazepine, cannabis and opioid use disorders among older adults in Canada
2) Discuss the impact of frailty on the clinical implementation of specific recommendations from each Guideline.
3) Identify and describe the unique paths, opportunities and challenges in implementation and knowledge translation.
4) Briefly discuss the Pharmacists’ role in SUD

A light lunch will be provided. We strongly encourage guests to RSVP as soon as possible to ensure sufficient food and space. (Please note that you will not need to bring your registration ticket(s) to the event.)
