Intellectual Disabilities and Substance Use

This free series is geared towards the needs and interests of individuals operating in a healthcare or research setting, however, the public and other interested stakeholders are welcome and encouraged to attend.
1) Understand what is different about substance use disorders in persons with intellectual disabilities
2) Understand why this population experiences worse outcomes and consider how they can be more effectively engaged in service provider encounters
