Chief Executive Officer of Townline

Rick founded Townline in 1980, beginning with single-family homes before expanding into larger residential, commercial, mixed-use, rental, and non-market projects. His attention to detail, curiosity, and commitment to livability continue to shape Townline’s work. Rick also co-founded TL Housing Solutions and contributes to industry advocacy through his role as Chair of UDI Pacific Region.
